Retail Store Return Policy
All non-receipt returns are subject to a refund verification process. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. The Store Manager has the authority to make a final decision for all returns.

Changes to balloon orders must be made 2 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time. Balloon orders are non-refundable if failed to be picked up.
