What do I do if I have a problem with an order?
Please verify your order as soon as you receive your package. If there are any problems, please contact us within 72 hours after you've received your package. We will do our best to fix the situation as quickly as possible.
Are there any items I can't return?
There are a couple items that we do not accept returns on. Any life size stand up, vuvuzela, morphsuits, wearables(costumes, wigs, hats etc) or any perishable food items such as candy is not a returnable item. We reserve the right to add items to this list in the future. If you have any questions about a return please feel free to contact us at 1-866-ZURCHERS.
What should I do if my package or product arrives damaged?
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of UPS. If the package appears to have been damaged in shipping, UPS needs to be notified. Please file an official complaint on their website or call them 1-800-PICKUPS. They will process the paper work and send a UPS representative to assess the damaged package. Once that has been completed a reimbursement check will be issued to you from UPS. Zurchers has a strict policy to never ship out damaged goods. However, if the product arrives damaged we will do all we can to rectify the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will personally handle the order.
How do I return merchandise that I purchased?
Returns are very simple. We accept returns for any reason as long as the product is unopened and no damage has been done. We do not accepts returns for standups or clearance items. We can also not accept any food products due to health laws. All we ask is that you send a copy of your receipt or invoice showing which items you are returning. Customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs.

Once we have received the returned items, we will credit you back the purchase price within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns for life size stand ups, morphsuits, wearables(costumes, wigs, hats etc) or candy.
