ORDERING

How does printing with Zurchers work?
  1. Add your desired product to cart
  2. Customize at checkout
  3. Submit your order!
  4. Our Zurchers Print Shop team will do the rest!
  5. We will send over a confirmation with your order status and notify you when your order is ready for pickup/shipment.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom products? Minimum order quantities vary by product. For instance, button pins have a minimum order of 6. Please check the product description or contact us for details on specific items.

What is the process for customizing my order? Once you place your order, you will receive a proof of your design for approval. Review the proof carefully and let us know if any changes are needed. Once approved, we will proceed with production.

LEAD TIME

The Zurchers Print Shop is closed on weekends and holidays. Please plan accordingly for your pickup or rush needs.

Our standard turnaround time is typically 3 business days. If you’re working within a time constraint, let us know when you submit an order request. We can look at our print production schedule to ensure that we can meet your deadline. A rush fee will be added for projects ordered less than 72 business hours.

In a bind & need a custom print or product in under 3 business days? Simply select RUSH ORDER at checkout. Need it same day? Please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your needs and confirm the availability of our rush service.

Customer Artwork

Yep! We accept various file formats including JPEG, PNG, PDF, and TIFF. For optimal print quality, please provide files with a resolution of at least 300 DPI (dots per inch). Vector files (such as AI or EPS) are preferred for logos and text to ensure crisp and clear output.

No, we allow one design per minimum quantity requirements for each type of product.

Of course! You can use your own design or logo for custom products. Just be sure to check out File Formatting and Upload Guidelines. You can upload your artwork during checkout of your custom product or email it to printshop@zurchers.com directly. Make sure to include any specific instructions or details.

Yes, we provide a proof of your design for approval before proceeding with printing. Review the proof carefully and provide feedback or approval to move forward.

DESIGN SERVICES

Yes, we offer design assistance to help you create the perfect look for your custom products. Each custom order includes 10 minutes of free graphic design!
Do you have an idea of something you’d like? Simply upload an inspo picture (a screenshot will do!) Most designs can be recreated in this time. Our team will reach out if an artwork is too complicated to be done in the free time allotted.

PAYMENT

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic payments. Please check with us for any specific payment options.

We offer discounts for bulk orders. Contact us for details on pricing and to discuss your bulk order needs.

PICKUP

Each product will be available for pickup after 4 pm on the date of pickup at your desired Zurchers location. This timing is subject to verification with a Zurchers Print Shop member at the time of order placement.

All custom products are available for pickup at our Zurchers Draper location unless specified otherwise. If you need your items transferred to a store nearest you, please note that delivery and shipping times are not included in the lead time.

CHANGES

Once an order is in production, changes cannot be made. Please review all details carefully and approve the proof before finalizing your order to ensure accuracy.

Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. Please review all proofs and details carefully before finalizing your order to ensure satisfaction.

DURABILITY & CARE

The longevity of your prints depends on the material and usage. For instance, banners and signs are designed for durability, but exposure to harsh conditions may affect their lifespan. Follow product care instructions for best results.
