Andie, the owner of Judy's Gingerbread, approached this party the way she approaches everything, with an eye for detail, a love of layered styling, and a warmth that makes every space feel personal and intentional.
The theme was vintage carousel: soft pastels, whimsical animals, and the kind of storybook aesthetic that feels both elegant and completely approachable for a baby's big day. From the moment guests arrived, every corner of the space told a cohesive story.
Andie created many of the personal touches herself. The hand-crafted high chair banner, the framed prints, the pink statement door dressed in an oversized bow, a carousel cake topper, and thoughtful food styling all added layers of personality that made the celebration feel truly intimate. These were not just decorations, they were details that reflected the meaning of the moment.
Where Zurchers Print Shop Came In
Our role was to support Andie's creative direction with large contour cut prints that helped tie the entire space together.
The oversized carousel horse cutout, the charming hot air balloon accents, and the custom carousel backdrop became anchoring elements of the party, connecting the food spread, the smash cake setup, and the high chair moment into one seamless visual story.
With a straightforward ordering experience and a quick turnaround, Andie was able to get exactly what she envisioned without any added stress. She focused on the creative, meaningful parts of planning while we handled production, and that is exactly how it should be.
The Sweetest Centerpiece
Even the smallest moments felt extraordinary. Alia, dressed in her adorable outfit with a perfect little bow, sat in her decorated high chair surrounded by the details Andie had so lovingly curated. Her big sister stepped in to help with the candles, and the whole scene became the kind of memory that families carry forever.
The pink smash cake was a masterpiece of its own, rosette frosting, a gold "1" candle, and a carousel topper that matched the theme perfectly. Together with the larger celebration cake beside it, the display was simply stunning.
