What if my order is tax exempt?

If your order is tax exempt you will need to contact us via e-mail, chat, or on the phone. You will also need to create an account with us if you have not already done so. We will send you a form to fill out that we will keep on file. Once we have received the required information you will be able to make purchases tax free. This is only necessary for customers in Utah and Idaho. All other customers are already tax exempt.

Why is my shopping cart showing zero items?

If your shopping cart continues to say empty even though you have added product, it could be because your browser has disabled your cookies. To fix this simply check your browser settings and make sure cookies is enabled.

How do I make changes to my order after checkout?

If you have already checked out and need to make changes to your order contact us as soon as possible via our online contact form, or call as at 1-866-ZURCHERS. We can manually make a change to the order once it has been placed, and although our official policy is that we ship within 3 business days, we usually ship orders within a few hours of being placed so time is of the essence when making changes to your order.

Do you carry the same products online as at your physical store locations?

Our online store has many products; however there are still a few that will be in the store that won't be listed online and visa versa. If there is an item in a store that isn't online that you wish to order, feel free to contact via email, or call us at 1-866-ZURCHERS, and if we have something in the store that we don't have listed online we can take your order over the phone.

Regrettably we can't have items that are listed online, but not in the stores, purchased for store pickup. They must be shipped to your location.


Do you match prices between your stores and your website?

We regret that we do not match the in store pricing. However, the vast majority of the time the in store pricing is the same as online. However, there are some exceptions to a few items because of their unique size or weight that necessitates a price variance. All other items prices should match the online listings.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We only accept check or money orders in connection with approved customer charge accounts generally associated with schools, businesses and other organizations.
