Details
The flag for the state of New Hampshire was adopted in 1909, and only changed once in 1931, when the state seal was modified. It contains the state seal on a dark blue background. More than one elected official had suggested the seal be replaced with the Old Man of the Mountain, to memorialize its collapse in 2003, but no official action has been taken toward that movement.
