Details
The flag of Cuba consists of 3 blue stripes and 2 white stripes in the field with a red equilateral triangle at the hoist. The red triangle features a white, 5-pointed star in is center. The flag was designed in 1848 for the liberation movement but it wasn't officially adopted until 1902, when Cuba received its independence.
