This red icing color is easy to mix with a light icing and decorate anything. Large amounts of the red icing can change the icing flavor so use small amounts. Mix the icing, fondant or gum paste with Pink food coloring first, then add the red to get a true red color. If you just use the red, it will turn the icing pink instead of red.
