Nothing says "party" like lots and lots of balloons. Try these balloon tips:

• Hang balloons in bunches for the best effect.
• Hang from light fixtures, doorways, or your mailbox (to mark the party spot!)
• Tie balloons to the guest of honor's chair.
• Fill balloons with helium and use as a centerpiece by attaching to a balloon weight. Or, attach to toys, stuffed animals, or any object that goes along with your party theme.

Activity
Blow up a bunch of large balloons. Before knotting them, push a small candy or prize inside each balloon. Put a "grand prize" in one of the balloons. Perhaps some money, or a message about a bigger prize they can collect later.

Scatter the balloons all over the floor and let the children go wild popping them and enjoying the prizes!
