 Zurchers offers a full refund, no questions asked, for products returned in
their original, unopened, undamaged condition. Products must be postmarked
for return within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt of the product, Zurchers
will refund the cost of the product excluding all shipping costs.
Note: In order to be considered for a refund, you must contact customer service within 2 business days of receiving your order. Orders are subject to inspection and must be approved by the manager. Once this process is complete, you will be contacted with the status of your refund. Failure to follow this procedure will void all chances of receiving a refund.
