Let's talk about this Watermelon Balloon Arch! 

How to get this look: 

• Garland Decorating strip 
• Balloon pump 
• Correct balloon colors

The arch goes up first. Get your watermelon rhine perfectly set up before moving onto anything else. 

From that time create your "bundles" of red starting with a chunck of white at the top, then when you feel like it add a black balloon in (if you want it to be seeded)
