Play "Pin the Lights on the Traffic Light".

This is just like "Pin The Tail On the Donkey" only the children will love to see how mixed up their red, yellow, and green lights are. How could anyone drive safely with this confusion?

Whomever gets their lights closest to where they actually go (from the top: red, yellow, then green) can be the first “traffic light” when it’s time to play "Red Light, Green Light".

Party Eats.
The children can make their own traffic lights using red, green, and yellow m&m‘s, jelly beans, or skittles. Stick the candies to graham crackers with a small amount of yummy frosting. Use our Wilton decorating bags to handle the frosting with less mess!

"Red Light, Green Light" is always a hit!

One person is chosen to be the traffic light. They stand 20-40 feet from everyone else.

The traffic light turns his back to the “cars” (everyone else) and shouts “green light” and the cars run as fast as they can towards him.

Before the cars get too close, the traffic light shouts “red light” while turning around. All the cars must immediately stop.

If any of the cars don’t stop quickly enough and the traffic light sees them moving, they must return to the starting line.

The winner is whichever car reaches the traffic light first. The winner becomes the traffic light for the next round of fun!
